Chinese Hardstone & Jade Plum or Peach Tree Planter- Unusual

This unusual glass and hardstone plum or peach tree sits in a hardstone vase. I believe the plums or peaches are peking glass - but I am not sure - and the leaves are some sort of hardstone which I am told are Jade.. The vase is also made from hardstone. This item is about 17 inches high and about 17 inches wide. I dont know what the tree bark is made of.

Two of the leaves have chips and I have included a picture. The vase has a minor flaking to one edge and the bottom (base) has also a minor flaking - please see pictures.
