EAPG 1876 Liberty Bell Spooner by Adams & Company

This liberty bell spooner was made by Adams & Company around 1876. Previously this item was believed to be made by Gillinder & Sons but now has been updated to Adams & Company.

The spooner is in clear glass and has the cracked bell on one side and on the other side has "100 years ago". The spooner is dated 1776 - 1876. This is an original spooner and the spooner has never been reproduced. This is a beautiful clear glass.

When I purchased this item it has under the base a gold sticker that read "from the Collection of Ken Kercheval". I have not removed this sticker and I dont know if it really came from the Ken Kercheval collection of EAPG. Still has the sticker and I have provided a picture of this.

The spooner has no cracks, breaks, chips or repair. Remarkable for an item made in 1876.
