This three piece opaline dresser set dates to around the 1880's. Dresser sets were popular between the 1870s to the 1890s. The quality of the painting is outstanding.
Decorated motives on dresser sets included flowers, butterflies, birds and animals. Animal decorated dresser sets are rare as they are not seen as often as the other decorations.
