Unusual Color Tall Slag Vase - Early 20C

This pale blue/green slag vase also has a purple slag color running thru it.

This vase is not smooth to the touch. When you run you fingers across you can feel various panels.

Thru research this glass has been attributed to Bournique Glass Co. of Kokomo, Ind. and was made C. 1913. Company was originally from New Rochelle and moved to Kokomo. Bournique Glass Company was known for quality glass.

Height is 10 3/4 inches.

This vase is not dense as most slag pieces. This vase has a translucence quality like Northwood slag glass.

Most early slag is usually purple. Less common in blue, brown or green.

A most unusual color for early slag glass.
