Tall Rubina Verde Overshot Vase - 19th Century

This rubina verde overshot vase stands abut 18 inches tall.

This vase shades from a cranberry coloring to a very light cranberry (almost white).

The overshot treatment is clear class.

The applied decoration is vaseline.

A very nice item dating to the 1880's or earlier.

It is an impressive rubina verde vase and has only one minor flaw - the last vaseline pull nearest to the bottom of the vase is broken off and will need to be smoothed out. Typical flaw for these kind of vases. No other damage.

Maker is unknown, but I believe this is a Stevens & William Vase, as I have seen this vase advertise as such.
