Old Rosary Converted to Y Necklace
I've had this old rosary with was missing a bead in the third decade, so I decided to convert it to a necklace. The beads test as a lower grade silver, appears to be 800 silver (possibly even coin silver). The crucifix and center bead do not test as silver at all, but appear to be a base medal.

I have added a spring clasp. The necklace portion (before the Y section, measures 19", the Y drop is an additional 5", including the crucifix. The beads are small and delicate, at 4.15mm. Weight is 11 grams.
I have left the necklace unpolished and it has a dark (and uneven on some beads) patina. Looks lovely on.
