Fabulous Vintage Hattie Carnegie Deep Blue Glass Clip Earrings with Gold Tone Woven Overlay
These fabulous earrings by famed designer Hattie Carnegie feature deep navy blue glass half spheres covered with gold tone metal woven overlay. It reminds me of the rope netting that is often around vintage asian glass fishing floats and that may well have been the inspiration for these earrings. In very good vintage condition, there is only a little gold tone loss which is not noticeable when worn and is only mentioned for accuracy. They are marked "Carnegie" on each of the clips and measure 1 inch in diameter. The clips hold nicely and comfortably as well. These are so lovely and special, perfect with so many fashion looks!
