This is a lovely edition of a children’s classic that needs no touting. It has marvellous woodcuts and full page watercolour illustrations that make it a pleasure to read. The Jungle Books appeared originally in 1894 and have remained favorites ever since. Mowgli and Rikki-Tikki-tavi are characters that have become known to thousands.
