Antique Sterling Mantilla Style Hair Comb Engraved Crest & Flourishes
This lovely vintage lady's accessory is a sterling mantilla-style hair comb with a hand engraved crest and flourishes across the front of the scallop edge panel. The crest has an open center with no monogram.
The comb measures approx 4-1/4" at the widest x 4-1/4" high. The back is stamped Sterling.
Condition: the ends of some of the teeth are not straight but this does not affect the wear-ability or security of the comb, a small crack or tear in the silver where it meets the teeth, I missed some minor tarnish.
