Staffordshire Blue Transferware Soup Bowl "Wild Rose" 1830

Offered for sale is this medium blue transferware soup bowl / plate in the pattern called "Wild Rose" which was made by several Staffordshire makers in the 1830s. You can see the blue of the pearlware glaze where it pools in the foot rim. It is unmarked.

The plate measures 9 1/2 inches wide. It weighs 14 oz (shipping weight 2 lbs).

Condition: The soup plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and only very minor utensil marks in the center. There is some crazing of glaze is as almost universal on pottery pieces of this age. Please see the detail photos below.
