Staffordshire HP Creamware Childs Teacup &Saucer c 1760

Offered for sale is this small floral hand painted teacup and saucer, from Staffordshire, circa 1760. Both are handpainted in florals of iron-red, green and black on a creamware background.

The teacup measures 1 1/2 inches high by 2 1/2 inches wide and the saucer is 4 inches wide. Both pieces together weigh about 4 oz (shipping weight 12 oz).

Condition: Both pieces are in very good condition. The saucer does have a small chip in the foot rim. There are 2 fleabites in the foot of the cup. There is a small dark soot mark int he rim of the cup, and a tiny bit of glaze fritting on the rim of the deep saucer.
