Offered for sale is this Japonesque Aesthetic Period transferware coffee pot by Dunn and Bennet. It is printed with scattered Japanese motifs in blue on creamy colored heavy ironstone. It has the Dunn and Bennet mark and initials on the base, together with the pattern name, "Oriental". It dates to circa 1880..
The coffee pot stands 9 1/2 inches tall and is 8 1/2 inches wide from handle to spout. It weighs 2 lbs 9 oz each (shipping weight 4 lbs). It is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks.Please see the detail photos below.
