Picasso’s Harlequin Barcelona –Harlequin, who was Picasso’s alter ego for many years, is the connecting thread of the exhibition Picasso and the circus, a journey that cover the artist’s career. This is a poster from an exhibit at the Picasso Museum at the Aguilar Palace which has its own fabulous history and was purchased by the Barcelona City Council in 1953. Poster is 21 1/2 by 27 inches. Frame ads one inch. We expect its new owner to re-frame the poster professionally.
