Finn Wennerwald Signed Original Oil Painting.
Listed in Davenport’s Art Reference & Price Guide as well as Falk's Art Price Index. Finn Wennerwald was the son of professor Emil Wennerwald from whom he received a major part of his education. He was also an educated drawing teacher and taught lessons from 1929-43. Signed painting has '48 next to signature.
This winter scene is about 18 by 26 inches plus the frame bringing it to an overall 30 1/2 inch by 22 inch frame. It is just about 2 inches deep.
