Here for your consideration is this is a very hard-to-find 1940s Beistle witch face transparency Halloween Decoration. These transparencies were designed so that you could place a candle behind it and the eyes and mouth would have the appearance of a spooky glow from the front. These die cuts were made to decorate for Halloween, they are rare. This particular transparency is in very good condition consistent with its age and use as you can see in the pictures. The green insert has a small tear which is hardly noticeable. This witch face measures approximately 6" across x 8 1/2" high and will display wonderfully. You can view another copy of this Halloween collectable on page 49 of Mark Ledenbach's 2nd Edition Vintage Halloween Collectables Identification and Price Guide. This would make a wonderful addition to any Halloween Collector’s collection or a wonderful gift for someone special. Here is your opportunity to own this piece of Halloween history.
