Offered here for your consideration is this large Devil with Flaming Bottom German die cut made in the 1920s & 1930s. This wonderful devil is heavily embossed cardboard that is used as a Halloween decoration. This decoration features a Devil standing in a flame carrying his pitch fork. This scary fellow is in very good to excellent condition. The colors are vibrant and colorful; there are minor scuffs & dings and very slight paint loss and crackling consistent with its age of over eighty years. One of the three tines on his pitchfork has been repaired. This cardboard devil is sturdy and it will display well. On the rear it's stamped Germany into the cardboard. This fellow is one of the larger German Die cuts It measures 19 ½ inches by 8 ¼ inches at widest point. These die cuts are becoming more rare.
