Here for your consideration is this wonderful item for all you Halloween Collectors. A wonderful vintage Halloween party horn! These horns are somewhat rare! This horn stands approximately 7" tall and is 2.5” wide perfect for Halloween display! As you can see from the pictures it is in very good vintage condition, well loved. This horn blows and can be used to scare the ghosts away!. The foil top is worn. These horns were made in the USA 1950s; you can view a similar copy of this horn on page 141 of the 1st Edition of Vintage Halloween Collectables. These horns were one of the first “green” recyclable items, companies that made items from yard disposed of the cardboard cones/spools that were left over once the yarn was used. Some entrepreneur took the empty spools and made these Halloween horns. The horns were produced to be used for Halloween and then disposed thereafter. Quality was not the utmost thought and at times did not bother to take out the yarn labels from inside the spool or cone. These horns are very nice for display. Considering the age and rarity of each horn they are in very good vintage condition and desirable! Halloween is always just around the corner; take this horn home…. Boo!
