Here for your consideration is this beautiful old Christmas card holder, that remains in excellent condition. The die-cut depicts a snow covered church on a lovely Christmas Bell flanked by love birds on holly branches. This would make a beautiful addition to your holiday decoration and a lovely place to keep your Christmas cards. It was made in Germany in the 1920s – 1930s of heavily embossed cardboard accented with mica glitter. There is wear and rubs consistent with its age with some glitter loss and it has darkened with age as you can see by the pictures. It measures a large 15 1/4" tall by 12 1/2" wide. This wonderful die-cut would be a nice accent to complete your holiday decorations. It would be a great gift for a Christmas collector or you!
