Purple Carnival Mothers Day Plate - 1972 - Fenton

This is the second plate in a series of Mothers Day plates made by Fenton Art Glass in the 1970s. This one is dated 1972. It is marked Fenton on the back.

This colorful plate measures 8 inches across. The carnival colors are bright and lively. The base glass color is a rich, dark purple. The back of the plate gives a description of the plate.
