Best Empire porcelain wine cooler decorated with fruit & flowers
This is the best Empire porcelain hand painted porcelain wine cooler that I have seen or owned. In beautiful condition it measures 7" tall by 8" wide, 10 1/2" from handle to handle. There are some tiny paint "pulls" on the green enamel band on one side where someone had stuck tape to the piece. Virtually no wear at all, no damage. There is some very light staining to the interior in the bottom. I can have this professionally removed on request. Dating to the early part of the 1800's at a guess.
