Great American Revolution 1776 Commemorative Pewter Plates

This is partial set of the Great American Revolution 1776 Commemorative Pewter Plates, They were made in 1975 in Canton, Ohio by the Williamsport Foundry. Marked on the back is a Canon with Canton, Ohio, 1975 under it and the initials: GIF / SBB / PVK / TSR / #2157 / a Tree Logo. There were 6 commemorative plates made -This set contains 4 plates in all: #1-The surrender of Cornwallis –John Turnbull #2-Washington Crossing the Delaware,- Emanuel Leutze #3-The Spirit of 76 – A.M. Willard #4-Battle of Bunker's Hill- John Turnbull Both the ceramic insert and the pewter plate are in near MINT condition. Plates measure 10 ½" in diameter
