Vintage Fiesta Ware Royal China Plates
Vintage Fiesta ware plates with 22kt. gold decorated design by Royal China. The photos were taken with and without flash- those without flash give the truest color. The original Fiesta ware line started production in 1936 with five (5) original colors, red, blue, green, yellow and old ivory. These cake/salad plates measure 7 3/8" in diameter, but Fiesta lists them as 7 ½" in diameter. This size plate is harder to find than the 6" or 9" originals. Years of production were 1936 through 1969. Condition is near mint with no chips, cracks or other imperfections. The Fiesta yellow color is strong and vibrant. The art work designed by the Royal China Company is in 22kt. gold and is complete with little or no loss on the individual plates.
