Vintage Los Angeles Pottery Cookie Jar
Vintage 1955 Los Angeles Pottery cookie jar with a fruit motif. The lid has a plum as the filial on an otherwise plain lid. The cookie jar measures 10 " high and 7" at its widest point. Condition is good with some crazing due to the age of the jar and the filial on the lid has some paint loss, otherwise the jar still has most of the original gloss with no cracks or chips. This motif by Los Angeles Potter is hard to find in any condition. This is a great find for the cookie jar collector or would make a wonderful addition to the counter top of the vintage kitchen look.
