Vintage State Flower Quilt Squares and Transfer Pattern
Group of 48 USA state quilt squares with state flowers. The cotton squares are approx. 8 1/2" x 8 1/2"each. Most of them have the transfer pattern on them and are ready to be embroidered, 19 of them have already been stitched. Also included is the pattern which includes quilt instructions and complete transfers for all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska. The squares are older than the transfer which is from 1988 as the squares were stitched before Hawaii and Alaska were states. Everything is in fine condition, they will need to be soaked as some have minor yellowing from age. The transfer patterns are different from the loose stitched samples- they offer many more different flowers. A great project for a quilt or other handiwork.
