This so Art Nouveau porcelain portrait of a lady of that period is so wonderful and so accurate. She is from about 1900-1910, and wears the typical Nouveau hair ornament, as well as attire and jewelry. She is soft and feminine. With all of the Downton Abbey anticipation starting for the upcoming season in January, this is perfect way to get involved! The brooch has a gold-filled frame, measures 2 3/4" long x 1 1/4 wide and has a "C" curve pin back. It is in excellent antique condition with the number 54 on the back.
