This incredible vintage tambourine has a hand-painted flamenco dancer front and center and is a real one of a kind music maker. Our flamenco dancer has some damage to her skirt, but I love her so much that I could care less--she's so fabulous. The tambourine is signed on the back with the last name of "Heppa" and an address in NJ that is very difficult to make out. It measures 7 inches in diameter and its 6 double symbols are a bit rusty from age, in addition to an open space where the tambourine is held. Add a dozen brass studs to hold the tambourine in place, and you have one delightful vintage piece of music history--maybe from Spain??
This piece is part of our personal collection that has been stashed away for more than 30 years, and we are now ready to share with the world.
