This beautiful hand-painted yellow rose porcelain rectangular pin tray was made by M & Z Austria by Moritz Zdekauer (1891-1917) in Altrohlau, Bohemia, and marked, and has the numbers 126 imprinted on the back as well. Soft yellow roses cover the 9 inch tray on top of pastel shadings of green, light blue and yellow with gold leaf edging all around and green leaves and vines mix in. It would look wonderful sitting on your night stand holding your rings. This pretty, delicate-looking piece, which was part of a very large vanity set very popular in the 19th century, included a perfume tray, hair receiver, and many other beautiful boudoir accessories, is in very good antique condition with a little wear from age on the gold leaf edging. We have a vast collection of hand-painted porcelain jewelry, vanity and boudoir items, and desk accessories on Nancy's Fancy, so feel free to browse the whole collection.
