Stella Designs Studio Pottery Pitcher

Stella Bruce has a studio on Salt Spring Island in BC that first opened its doors in 1980. I would place this pitcher sometime around then when this throwback to 1930's design was very popular. Airflow deco design has spout and handle bisecting the ball shaped body. Swatches of gray/blue, brown and black decorated the ivory body. Pitcher measures 6 1/2" high with a 5 1/4" body. Base is marked as shown.

There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or repairs. Epitome of 1980's modern deco design.
