Sovereign Potters Modernist Vogue Chop Plate ~ Viktor Schreckengost
For those that love Atomic Age dinnerware from the 1950's I'm offering pieces from the Vogue pattern by Sovereign Potters of Hamilton. The decal for these pieces was designed by the famous industrial designer Viktor Schreckengost. This was then applied to the Jamboree shape. Vogue is an off white with gray speckling and decorated with black star bursts and gold, olive and turquoise leaves.

This is a rather unusual piece to find. It is an octagonal chop plate that measures 11 5/8" square and stands 1 3/8" high. Base is marked as shown.
It does not appear that this was ever used. It is in exceptional condition with no chips, cracks, fleabites or stains.
