Early German Art Pottery Melon Vase

Offered here is this early example of German art pottery. Classic 1930's design has a melon ribbed body on a footed base and a trumpet mouth. The glaze is an ivory body with a rich chocolate mouth. The ribs are washed with a soft green/blue and a mottled brown foot. All glaze is done in high gloss. It measures 16mm (6 3/8") high with a 8mm (3 1/8") diameter base and 10.5mm (4 1/4") mouth. The only marks on the base is 8/15. I would think that this vase dates to the teens or early '20's.

There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or repairs. There are some pinhole glaze pops.
