Universal China Ballerina Mist Medium Refrigerator Jar
Vintage 1950's covered jar used to store leftovers before the advent of Tupperware. Universal potteries in production from the 1930's into the 1960's. Main body is a light turquoise with an ivory white lid and platinum band decorations. Measures 4 1/4" high with lid and 5 1/8" in diameter. Base has original stamp as well as impressed 1 pt. 12 oz.
There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or stains. The last photo shows some of the wear to the platinum band on the jar.
