Victorian Opaque Milk Glass Sugar Shaker With Handpainted Flowers

This is a circa 1880's hand decorated sugar shaker with plume and scroll decoration. Not sure as to maker but I lean towards C.F. Munroe. It was mold blown and has 3 seams. The base is footed with a decorated bulbous body and a swag decorated neck. The metal lid is original and has much wear to the plating but still turns off and on easily. It stands 4" high to the tip of the finial and has a body diameter of 2 3/4". The scroll decoration is tinted a pale green.

The neck is very rough and unfinished which was the norm for this time frame. The painted flowers show wear but there are no cracks or stains.
