1920s Silver Filigree Butterfly Broach

The filigree work in this broach is amazing. The butterfly measures 2 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. It is marked 800 for 800 silver. The mark is so tiny that I had a hard time finding it with a loop. There is another mark I can not quite make out. Every inch of this broach is made of Silver filigree. I believe the broach was made in Italy. It is in excellent vintage condition.
