Turquoise and Sterling Silver Bolo with Matching Tips

The oval bolo measures 3 by 2 1/4 inches. It is a modified shadowbox setting with japanned background, twisted wire decoration and 29 oval pieces of bezel set turquoise arranged in an oval pattern. The turquoise is blue green almost matrix free. It looks like it is pre-19790 because the teeth of the serrated edges setting vary in size and angle from piece to piece. The edges are decorated in a stamped sun ray design on its raised border.

The bolo has tips with pear shape pieces of silver which are also a shadowbox design which measure 2 inches by 1 inch. Each silver piece has 5 pieces of bezel set blue green turquoise; japanned background and stamped sun ray design on the raised edging.

There are no marks. It tests ( both bolo, tips,pear shape pieces of silver ) as Sterling. The bolo hardware also tests as silver. One of the pear shape pieces of turquoise had become loose from its tip. I had it reattached. Both tips
