Turquoise and Sterling Ring

This ring appears to have been made by hand. You can almost see the chisel marks on the silver. The turquoise is an unusual aqua blue in color with a black matrix. The turquoise is set in a setting which consists of a half circle with the flat side being covered with a leaf and berry design in silver. The turquoise is bezel mounted with twisted wire decoration around it. A narrow band runs along the outside of the with engraved decoration. Use the 'larger' picture mode to get a close look at this ring. The ring is a size 6 3/4. The face of the ring measures 1 1/2 by 1 1/4 inches. The ring is in excellent condition. There are no marks but the metal tested as Sterling Silver . I have not polished the silver. If a high shine rather than a matte look is desired, the ring can be polished.
