Very fine work and a large example measuring 7 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" diameter across the bowl. Either Webb or Stevens and Williams, I just cant say which for certain. The cut back fern and geometric design is deep and very fine. All edges have been beveled and paneled which accents the contrast between enameling and citrine glass. This reminded me of some Stourbridge/Webb glass mostly. Somewhat of an unusual example as it uses the fine contrasts and cutting for decoration without any painting or enameling. No chips, cracks or repairs. Very high pitched ring.
