Hand crafted in 18 karat gold and set with two old mine cut diamonds weighing about .2 carats together and a .25 carat rich, deep red ruby. Fully hallmarked, it was made in Birmingham, England in 1904 and is also marked with the 18 to signify gold content. It is currently a size 6.5 but could easily be re-sized up or down, it measures 6 mm wide at the widest part of the band. This ring weighs a quite substantial 5.6 grams and has that alluring silky hand-feel that only old gold can achieve.
