Antique Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring, 18k Gold, Hallmarked 1903

Set in 18 karat gold, the ring is currently a size 6.75, but could easily be resized. It is fully hallmarked with the marks telling us that it was made in Birmingham, England in 1903. It weighs 3.1 grams.
