Antique French Hand Tinted Real Photo Postcard-Santa w/Brown Robe Holding Young Girl-Basket with Dolls

This glossy antique French hand tinted real photo postcard shows an old-world Santa wearing a long brown robe with hood, and a twisted cord belt. He's holding a young girl who has a very slight smile on her face---and why not, she's obviously receiving some wonderful antique dolls, which are in the wicker basket.

The lower left edge reads: 7058. The upper right edge reads: Joyeux Noel. The back is filled with French writing; there isn't a stamp or postmark.

The overall condition is good, with minor tip wear & paper loss along the top edge. On the right side, half way down, there are indentations. If you are looking at it straight on, you won't notice it & it's only when you turn it or feel this area will you notice it; you can see it somewhat on the back. I could not capture this in a photo.

This is an outstanding antique postcard which will enhance any postcard collection.
