This vintage Kenzo, Paris skirt, which dates to the 1970's, is absolutely gorgeous; the four lightweight wool & cotton fabrics used compliment one another perfectly.
This isn't quite a circle skirt, but it's definitely full, especially if you decide to wear it with a crinoline.
The inside label reads: Kenzo, Paris, size 38, Made in France. The fabric is 50% wool & 50% cotton. It's dry clean only.
There is a 4" wide drop waist, with three navy side buttons for opening/closing; the opening is 7" long. The waist and front center panel is done in navy blue with small creamy white spots. Next to this, on each side, is a 3 ½" wide panel done in navy, red, cream & black; the sides are done in a gorgeous floral pattern, done in orange, pink, green, red & purple against a black background. The bottom 9" of the skirt is done in a beautiful plaid in turquoise, red, black, yellow, royal blue & creamy white. Please note the pattern is the same on both sides.
The size label reads 38, which is European for a U.S. size 8, I believe, but please go by the following dimensions: waist: 28"; length: 30".
The condition is excellent, with no flaws to note.
You will love this vintage Kenzo skirt; it has such a great look.
