Edwardian Style Tanzanite Ring

This beautiful ring holds a light blue tanzanite, asscher cut stone in the center that is approx. .60 carats, trimmed with fine milgrain trim, set in platinum. The center is flanked by 2, .30 carat each, light red garnets. This delicate, open work setting is typical of the period, and while it is in very good condition, with the exception of a tiny crack on the side of the ring that does not show or go thru to the bottom or top. I have not seen one set with these types of stones, so it has a very unique and striking look, it is possible that the stones were reset at a later time. Size 5.5, the ring measures 3/8" front to back, and spans 3/4" across the finger, and weighs 3.6 grams. Up to a 4 month layaway available.
