This is a fantastic piece. It is a monkey holding a bowl. He is of impeccable quality and I am confident that he was made by Meissen. He has the an impressed number in script 3066 on his base along with another mark, which could be the decorator. It lacks the crossed swords but the quality, workmanship and other marking indicate to me that it is legitimate Meissen and probably from the 1800's. He is in super condition with a restoration to his lower right paw. The restoration was done by Barbara Broido, a recognized restorer of the finest porcelain. It is 5" tall and if perfect would sell for $2,000 or more.
