This 23" antique doll dates to the 1890's and is guaranteed to be an authentic Jumeau. She is marked 11 on the base of her neck along with the red artist's tickmarks. She has lovely pale bisque but has two very fine tight hairlines that aren't visible unless you light her head. She also has a flaw in the bisque above her ear with a firing line (but no hairlines are from that. The hairlines do not go into her beautiful features. She has large blue paperweight glass eyes (two very small rough areas on eyecut to right eye), replaced cork pate and blonde human hair wig, pierced ears with earrings (yes, I have the other earring). She is on her original Jumeau ball jointed composition body bearing an oval shaped paper label reading "Bebe Jumeau Diplomme d'Honneur." She is wearing a beautiful blue silk two piece dress with antique socks and antique brown french leather shoes. She has a darling ribbon hat to match her ensemble. She has antique pantaloons and slip as well. This is your chance to own a wonderful antique Jumeau doll at a reasonable price that displays well. Layaway is available with just $300 down provided the remainder is paid in 12 monthly installments or less.
