Sterling Silver Arts & Crafts Rosewood Parasol Handle

Hallmarked and with an "N" or an "H". The hallmark is "Sterling, I, Pat. Pending, 2-18-1902. This antique parasol handle has a gorgeous arts and crafts design on the handle. The handle measures 13" long and 1 1/2" wide at the top. The condition is vintage superb. It was black so I did polish it a bit so you could see the design. It is marked sterling in two places.
