Very Vintage French Rose Plate with Handles and Gold Trimmed Edge

This is a very charming plate, with roses, ribbons and greenery. It measures 11 1/2" across from handle to handle. It is trimmed in gold. It is marked: JPL FRANCE AND J POUYET LIMOGES. The dish has no chips cracks or breaks, and the gold has minimal wear.
