Miriam Haskell Red and White Glass Bead Necklace - Long necklace with dimpled red and white glass beads, white glass bead spacers and a beaded decorative gold-tone push-style clasp.

Measuring 29 1/4" with the beads sized at 11-12mm. Designer signed Miriam Haskell in an oval cartouche on the back of the clasp.

This gorgeous, very well-made and heavy necklace is back-strung at the clasp (rather than using a bead cap), a more labor-intensive earlier method used by Haskell for strength and durability. Info from Haskell experts Cathy Gordon and Sheila Pamfiloff's book, "Miriam Haskell Jewelry" pages 51-52.
