COMMENTS: This circle pin dates to the 1920's art deco era. It is made of 14k gold with filigree detail. Set with alternating diamonds & opals. The opals show wear indicative of age. Clasp is in good working order and secure. The circle is a symbol that best represents connectedness. Since it is without beginning or end it also represents infinity. It is simplest figure and therefore finds representation in numerous cultures and often represents fidelity, eternal love and commitment. With that in mind this would be an excellent anniversary gift, possibly for the 6th year especially if you were married in April (diamond) or October (opal).
