Large 18k Gold Garnet Early Victorian Festoon Brooch With Box

COMMENTS: This large and impressive piece of jewelry dating to the romantic early Victorian era comes complete with the original box that is fitted perfectly to the piece. The dangle adornment has developed a dark aged patina but can be polished if desired. This was purchased from a local estate with connections to Roger Sherman, signer of the Declaration of Independence and other important documents founding our great country. It has been lovingly cherished for decades and will undoubtedly continue to be passed down for generations to come.
