Brown Glaze Stoneware Pitcher ~ Relief Molded Floral Design ~ Circa 1900

This is a very nice and appealing antique Rockingham type pitcher! It has a very nice brown glaze over a relief molded body which features a ribbed band around the base, hourglass and diamonds band around the top and a nice floral representation on both sides in the center. The handle is interesting as well. It measures 8 1/2" tall, 4 3/4" across the slightly bulbous base, and 7" across the handle to the tip of the spout. There is one rough spot on the bottom inside, two very small dings on the inside to rim, and two spots inside where it appears a bubble "popped" leaving small "holes". Otherwise it is in good condition.

A beautiful addition to or start on a collection! Would make a great flower vase!

As always, all reasonable offers are welcomed and considered.

Enjoy each day!
