This has no purpose other than to serve the ultimate sight gag. This wooden man has a very folksy appearance with a flat hat and colorful jacket. When the little fellow's feet are squeezed together and you pull them down a certain anatomical phenomenon takes place and he gives a full salute. It's pretty funny.
